We meet in Cerklje na Gorenjskem, where we also land, and drive up to the take-off at Ambrož below Krvavec. The view reaches from Kamnik to Kranj and, on clear days, to Ljubljana, with the Karavanke and the Kamnik–Savinja Alps behind. Krvavec works in south and south-west wind, so it is the perfect choice when the east-facing take-offs are not flyable.
